Before using:

Please read these terms. By using HeroTask, you agree to them. The app is intended for use by parents and their children.

1. Service description

HeroTask is a mobile app for iOS and Android designed to motivate children through a system of tasks and rewards. The app allows parents to create tasks for children, set rewards, and track progress.

2. Age and accounts

Registration is available to individuals over 18 years of age (parents/guardians)
Children use the app only through a parent's account
You are responsible for everything that happens in your account
One account — one family. Resale of accounts is prohibited

3. Rules of use

When using the app, you are prohibited from:

Using the app in ways that harm children
Uploading inappropriate content in task photo reports
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts
Using automated tools to interact with the service

4. User content

You retain rights to the content you upload to the app (photos, task texts). By uploading content, you grant us the right to store and display it within the app's functionality. We do not claim ownership of your content.

5. Payment and subscription

After a free trial period, the app is only available via subscription. There is no limited free version — a subscription is required for continued use. Subscription terms, prices, and cancellation procedures are specified in the app and in the App Store / Google Play stores.

Refunds are handled according to the rules of the respective app store.

6. Limitation of liability

HeroTask is provided "as is". We do not guarantee:

Uninterrupted service 24/7
Specific results in child upbringing
Compatibility with all devices and OS versions

The app is a tool and does not replace live communication and parenting within the family.

7. Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time via the app settings or through the feedback form. Upon account deletion, all data, including children's profiles, tasks, and history, will be permanently removed within 30 days.

8. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to change these terms. We will notify you of material changes through the app. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiations, and if impossible, in court at the company's location.
